Feel like a lap of cross-country skiing at Reschen Pass?
Who said skiing downhill is cooler than cross-country skiing? We believe the latter is at least just as cool. Staying back down in the valley in crispy-cold sub-zero temperatures, is often even much nicer. Because we in the Vinschgau know this, we also have exactly the right cross-country skiing tips for you. Thus, on our 45-km-long network of cross-country ski trails, extending between our activity hotel at Lake Reschen, Langtaufers and Nauders, you can skate and slide until your legs go numb and ski your laps until you run out of steam. The Schlinig Nordic skiing centre is also within quick reach: the meeting point of the international cross-country skiing community.
No matter if passionate cross-country skier or a newcomer to the sport, on the three-country trail in Reschen Pass holiday region (15 km) and on the Langtaufers/Melag high-altitude trail (1,912 m a.s. l. 14.5 km) you’re guaranteed to get out of breath – because here, the wonderful views and picturesque scenery alone will take it away from you. Well, which boardsport is the cooler now?
The 3-Country ski trail at Lake Reschen
Cross-country skiing on the 3-country ski trail in Reschenpass holiday region, borderless cross-country fun around picturesque Lake Reschen. In good snow conditions, the trail leads from Reschen village across flat meadows and past romantic forests in direction of the border all the way to Nauders in neighbouring Austria. On the trail section to Nauders you can also skate.
