Chef and host Reini, is creating special dishes for the guests


My name is Reinhold Mall and I grew up on a small farm in Planol – Val Venosta, a place full of joy and luck. The straw, the animals, the vegetables, the small yard with fine herbs, lots of snow, the rushing waters of the creek, the sour smell of sauerkraut or the aroma of juniper by smoking the bacon are my memories of childhood.

 

Here are the roots of my respect towards the tradition, of my curiosity towards old traditional recipes; to find them, enhance them and to adapt them to our present taste, was and is still my big passion.
